The Senior Estate Concierge was founded by Bill Graff after witnessing firsthand the emotional and logistical challenges families face when caring for aging loved ones. While assisting a family with the sale of their parents’ home, it became clear that their needs extended far beyond real estate. They were navigating difficult decisions, pressed for time, and unsure where to turn for trusted guidance. What they truly needed was guidance from a team of trusted caring professionals.

That experience became the heart behind The Senior Estate Concierge and the mission to create a more connected, seamless experience in the often fragmented senior services landscape.
